Het DGLV verklaart dat het hierboven vermelde onderhoudsprogramma in overeenstemming is met artikel M.A.302 van de Verordening (EG) n°1321/2014 en amendementen. Deze goedkeuring is geen verklaring dat iedere onderhoudstaak of onderhoudsinterval vrij is van fouten op het moment van goedkeuring. Iedere vergetelheid of foutieve waarde die ontdekt wordt na goedkeuring van het onderhoudsprogramma moet worden gecorrigeerd.


La DGTA atteste que ce programme d'entretien est conforme à l'article M.A.302 du Règlement d'Exécution (CE) n°1321/2014 et à ses amendements. Cette approbation n'atteste en aucun cas que toute tâche de maintenance ou intervalle de maintenance inclus dans le programme d'entretien ne soit libre d'erreur au moment de l'approbation. Tout oubli ou valeur erronée découverte après approbation du programme d'entretien doit être corrigé.
The Belgian CAA declares that this maintenance programme is in compliance with article M.A.302 of the Regulation (EU) n°1321/2014 and its amendments. This approval does not confirm that each maintenance task or each maintenance interval adopted in this maintenance programme would be free of errors at the time of approval. Each missing item or incorrect value that would be found after the approval of this maintenance programme, must be amended.

This Aircraft Maintenance Programme provides a view of all maintenance practices and procedures applied on the aircraft hereafter mentioned in order to maintain its airworthiness under the standards and references specified in the type certificate holder’s maintenance instructions.
This Aircraft Maintenance Programme is issued under the responsibility of the owner/CAMO (*).
This Aircraft Maintenance Programme and any subsequent revision has to be approved by the Belgian Civil Aviation Authority (BCAA). Revisions i.a.w. the BCAA approved indirect approval procedure can be done by the CAMO.
The manufacturers Service Bulletins, Service Instructions, Service Letters mandated by an AD or by a national requirement are carried out.
All other Service Bulletins, Instructions, letters (in particular mandatory SB) are reviewed by
the owner/CAMO (*).in order to evaluate their potential implementation;
This Aircraft Maintenance Programme will be annually reviewed and if necessary, revised to reflect changes in:

  • the instructions issued by the competent authority;

  • the instructions for continuing airworthiness issued by the type certificate holders, restricted type certificate, supplemental type certificate, relevant approvals issued under regulation (EC)748/2012 and its annex Part 21;

  • additional instructions proposed by the owner/CAMO (*) once approved by the competent authority.

4.1.Time limitations

The maximum replacement intervals and/or maintenance requirements for aircraft components, systems and structures mentioned on this Aircraft Maintenance Programme are to be calculated and recorded on a (Engine ON/OFF, Take off - Landing, aircraft's hourmeter, ...) time basis.
In the absence of Type Certificate Holder specifications, a tolerance of 10% can be allowed on the periodic maintenance interval. Permitted variations to maintenance intervals are not cumulative. Example: if a 100 Hours inspection is due at 100 A/C hours and is performed at 110 A/C hours, next 100 hours inspection will be due at 200 A/C hours.
No tolerance is permitted on maintenance intervals required by Airworthiness Limitations and Airworthiness Directives.
