Prescriptions for permanent medication can be arranged by using the prescription telephone line. 24 hours a day you will be answered by a machine to guide you through the prescription mode. Another possibility is to deposit the medicine box with its tag at the desk. The last possibility is to use the direct telephone number, daily between 08.00 and 11.00 a.m.
Our practice nurses control patients with chronic diseases like diabetes or lung disease (COPD). They do arterial flow tests of the legs and have a support program for people wanting to quit smoking.
Arrangements in case of complaints:
In case of complaints concerning one of the doctors, the organization or the assistants, we kindly recommend you to discuss this with the person involved. When it is not possible to solve the problem this way, please contact one of the general practitioners or the special complaint commission: an information folder will be available in the waiting room or at the desk.
