Summer’s here, so time to really get out & about, especially if you have visitors coming. Be adventurous & enjoy some of the wonderful festivals & events in the region. A selection here below - have fun!



 

Saturday Flower Market around Grote Kerk, The Hague

All summer, Music: Organ recitals, Grote Kerk, Haarlem

30 July - 12 Aug, sport/tradition: Skûtsjesilen Championships

Skûtsjes are traditional cargo Frisian ships once used by Frisian farmers. In the annual sailing championships skippers of these historic ships fight to become the skûtsjesilen champion. 5 - 7 August, Festival: The Westland Floating Parade

12 - 21 August, Festival: Grachtenfestival (canal festival)

1 - 2 September, Theatre: A Midsummer Night's Dream

British open-air theatre company ILLYRIA celebrate their
